Creed’s 3rd project in Bangladesh. Originally acquired the land for residential development purposes, but after market research it was realized that an office project was more suitable due to a higher demand for office buildings in the surrounding area.
A sales contract had been signed with a local developer.
A Japanese architect and design was adopted for this project.
