Mustike Village Sukamulya is a development of 3,200+ landed houses over 35 hectare land located in the outskirts of Cikarang. The project is a joint venture between Creed and PT Mustika Land, a reputable local developer specialized in middle class landed houses. Typical unit is sold as 1-storey 30m2 building on 60m2 land and priced around at IDR 200 - 250 million (USD 13-17K) per unit. Phase 1 (600+ units) of the project is successfuly completed.
