The third JV project with our strategic partner, An Gia Investment.

This project was started by a local listed developer (master developer) in 2009, but was stopped due to a market crash. Our JV agreed with the master developer and the bank who initially financed this project, with the condition of carrying out payments along with the sales activity. After starting sales, the whole project was sold to an investor.
